In 1975, Larry Lavine originated Chili’s Grill and Bar in Dallas, Texas, United Nations. The main idea was to design an unofficial dining Restaurant with a menu offering various sorts of hamburgers at an economical price. After 1980, 28 restaurants of Chilis were there in Canada and the United States.
Larry Lavine sold the restaurant to the Brinkers group. There were more than 2000 Restaurants when it was in the hand of the Brinkers group. At 11:00 a.m, the restaurant opens. At 11:00 p.m, the restaurant closes. The restaurant remains open on some holidays also. It remains open on Thanksgiving Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day, and President’s day.
